Since 2003, AM-PM has defined and led the strategy and tone of Hermès emailing campaigns by designing with Alice Charbin messages combining drawing and offbeat redaction, to promote a personalized and accomplice relationship accompanying customers with lightness humor and poetry to the online store offers of the house.

AM-PM directed the creation of the e-commerce pop-up store "The house of the squares" by accompanying the agency AKQA for Hermès on the design of the merchant system and the implementation of its editorial strategy.
